In 2019, Samsung still leads the mobile market with a market share of 21.8 percent. The South Korean company managed to ship 298.1 million units of mobile phones during 2019. Huawei came in second with 17.6 percent, followed by Apple 14.5 percent of the global smartphone market in 2019.
